Found a fault three others missed
Lights dimming whenever the air handler kicked in. Two electricians told me it was normal. Marcus put a meter on it, found a loose neutral in the panel, and fixed it in an hour. Genuinely could have been a fire.

Work was fine, scheduling was not
The electrical work was good and passed inspection first time. Getting a date took three phone calls and they moved us twice. Worth it in the end but the office side needs help.

That is fair, Andre, and I am not going to argue with it. We have taken somebody on to run the diary since, which should stop it happening again.
