About
We are a small crew of six cleaning houses, offices and short let properties between Savannah and Tybee. Most of our week is holiday lets, which means we work to a turnaround and we photograph every room when we leave, so an owner two states away can see the place is ready. We are bonded, we carry our own supplies, and the same two people come to your house every time unless somebody is off sick.

Our turnarounds have stopped being a worry
We are in Ohio and the house is on Tybee. They photograph every room when they leave and we have not had a single guest complaint about cleanliness in fourteen months.

Deposit back in full
Move out clean on a rental the letting agent was clearly looking to charge us for. They did the oven, the window tracks, behind the appliances, and handed us a checklist and photographs. Agent had nothing to say.

Very good, occasionally rushed
The regular clean is excellent. On one occasion when they were short handed the skirting boards were skipped. They came back and did it when I mentioned it, no argument.

They use fragrance free without being asked twice
My daughter is asthmatic. I said it once at the first visit and it has never been a problem since. The house does not smell of chemicals when they leave.

Turned a flat round in three hours
Guest checked out at ten, next one in at four, and there had been a party. They had it back to photographs by two. I do not know how.

Honest about a broken lamp
A guest had broken a table lamp and hidden it in a cupboard. They found it, photographed it, and messaged me before the next arrival. Anybody else would have said nothing.

Good value for the deep clean
Fixed price by property size, quoted on the phone, and that is what we paid. Took most of a day for a three bed. Carpets came up better than I expected.

They are very good and consequently very busy. Getting a regular slot took a month of waiting. Worth it.
