Legal Information & Disclosures

AAB Connections and KLEE Enterprises serve strictly as a connection hub for customers and independent service providers. We do not guarantee the results, quality, or timeline of any work performed. While AAB Connections performs a surface-level background check to promote a responsible and reliable community, we do not fully vet service providers.

All service providers operate as independent contractors. By using this platform, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they assume all responsibility and legal liability when deciding to hire, engage, or interact with a service provider. We highly recommend customers conduct their own due diligence before initiating any project.

Important Disclosure Regarding Property Improvement Financing and Non-Payment

By entering into an agreement, creating a work order or selecting a financing vehicle through KLEE Enterprises, LLC, you acknowledge and agree that third-party financing solutions are frequently secured by collateral, which is typically your real property, primary home, or alternative collateral property. Defaulting on your financing obligations puts your home or collateral property at risk of foreclosure by the lender.

Furthermore, please be advised that all payments are subject to a 15-day statutory grace period. If balances remain unpaid beyond 15 days from the due date, KLEE Enterprises LLC and its third-party service providers reserve the right to file a Mechanics Lien or Materialmen’s Lien through the Clerk of the Superior Court in the appropriate County where your project is located.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution: These terms, along with any resulting property liens, are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. However, if you explicitly select an alternative state during your digital checkout or onboarding process, the lien laws and statutory regulations of that specific state shall apply. Any contractual disputes or lien enforcement actions must be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than standard trial courts to include voluntary bankruptcy, as detailed in our standalone Service Addendum.
